The SylvanVale Vineyards, situated in the Stellenbosch Winelands, produce a collection of bold distinctive wines. The SylvanVale Vineyards, with its south-east facing slopes, rich red soils and cool Atlantic Breeze produces a collection of award-winning handmade "boutique wines".
History
The SylvanVale Vineyards is one of the Cape Winelands` best-kept secrets, both scenically and viticulturally and covers a total area of 750ha. The award-winning Devon Valley Hotel is nestled within the SylvanVale Vineyards and enjoys the peaceful natural setting and breathtaking views offered by the vineyards.
Grapes have been grown on the property since the 1960s and the vineyards are subject to a programme of total quality management with rigorous bunch selection. Today the SylvanVale Vineyards offer some of the finest quality vineyards in the valley.
Louis Group Hotels, Spas & Vineyards purchased the property in 2003 and is committed to continuing SylvanVale?s reputation of producing bold distinctive wines.
