The contemporary Lobster House is a designer`s paradise. It was designed as a stylish haven for `business nomads` by Cape Town architect Dennis Spaeth and is superbly furnished to compliment its modern architecture. The property offers open spaces, which encourage communication and effortlessly connects the inside of the property with the beautiful gardens and amazing views.
A central spiral stairway leads to six private suites, also known as cocoons, which collectively can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests. All suites have security keypads with individual codes to ensure privacy and provide guests with the essential communication mediums including ADSL connection and satellite television. The suites are individually decorated, incorporating custom-made furniture, and the bathrooms are enclosed by frosted glass sliding doors.

The house features an immaculate and functional kitchen on the third floor to inspire any guest. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, crockery and cutlery and is extremely spacious providing guests with the ideal setting to cater for dinner or cocktail parties. A sushi and cocktail bar, situated on the ground floor, opens onto a timber deck with a spa bath and is fully equipped for lunchtime or late evening entertaining.

Visit the top of world-renowned Table Mountain in a cable car, shop at Greenmarket Square, take a boat trip from the Waterfront to Robben Island, or relax on the lovely beaches at Clifton and Camps Bay. Any visit to Cape Town must include a trip to Cape Point, the tip of Africa. The Cape Point Nature Reserve, which covers over 22 000 hectares, showcases a combination of dramatic seascapes and soaring cliffs, antelope such as the rare mountain zebra and bontebok, as well as amazingly varied flora. About 30 minutes` drive from Camps Bay on the eastern slopes of Table Mountain are the Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens and for culinary delights, visit the acclaimed restaurants and coffee shops along the cosmopolitan beachfront walkways of Camps Bay.
